HOMEMADE SALSA



This Homemade Salsa recipe is so easy to make and comes together in under 10 minutes. It works great for tailgating and football parties or just snaking alongside your taco meal.

Homemade Salsa on white platter

INGREDIENTS
1 - 15 ounce can of Rotel 
1 - 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
1 or 2 jalapeƱos, seeds removed, diced {optional for spice}
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup sweet onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, rinsed and stems removed
1/2 of a lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon sugar {optional for a touch of sweetness but not necessary}
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne red pepper {optional}
Dash of salt and pepper {to taste}


INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until mixed well. Add more spices to taste.
Serve with chips or cover and refrigerate for up to 7 days in an airtight container.

NOTES

Feel free to adjust the amount of ingredeints to your liking.
